Eligibility for Returns & Refunds – Damaged Products Only
We only accept returns or issue refunds for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or measurement (please check our product details before purchasing)
Slight color variations (see Color Disclaimer below)
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To qualify for a return or refund, you must provide a full, unedited unboxing video.
The video must clearly show:
The unopened package with the shipping label visible
The complete unboxing process, start to finish (no cuts, pauses, or edits)
The moment the damage is found, with close-up shots
All sides of the item to confirm the damage existed before use
⚠️ Without this video proof, we cannot approve a return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Contact us via WhatsApp with the subject:
“Damaged Product – Order #[Your Order Number]”
Include in your message:
Your order number
The full unboxing video
Photos of the defect/damage
Wait for approval – our team will review your submission and respond on WhatsApp.
Return shipping – if approved, we’ll arrange pickup or send you a prepaid label. Do not send anything back without authorization.
Refund processing – once we receive and confirm the damage, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Color Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy in product photography, slight variations may occur due to:
Lighting conditions during photography
Differences in phone/computer display settings
These minor differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
